This is a free simple app that changes the music based on finger gestures.
Since the release of 3.0 I’ve missed Skylar’s Pocket Touch, and with the new Media Player frameworks, I realized it would be easy to make my own version of it.
I don’t plan on making this app really big, don’t expect a shocking UI or anything (my concept of the app is that it should go into the pocket right after it is launched), if you want more, you should get Skylar’s Pocket Touch when it makes it to the AppStore.
What I do plan is to add options to enable/disable different gestures, show current song name and artist, dim the backlight (maybe), and other things.
Also, if anybody can make a nice icon, it would be greatly appreciated, and you would be credited.
And finally, thanks a lot to iPTFf’s Bamhm182 for compiling it for me in ARM binary form.
Anyway, here’s the download:

Put it in your iDevice, and execute the next command on the same folder where it is. Please note that you need to use sudo or su to get root access before executing the command:

You can install it with iTunes with a simple double click on it, as long as you have a jailbroken iDevice and a patched Mobile Installation file (google that if you don’t have it).
Please note that you also need at least 3.0 Firmware, regardless of the install method you chose.
